It's Raining It's Pouring

It's been raining everyday for the past few weeks. Fortunately, the weather brakes for my lessons. Off to the right of this photo notice the pool of water in the corrals.
Maddie manages to keep a good outlook on things and faithfully shows up for her lessons.

Brian weathers the storms and we are making final adjustments before his ride.

Emily has learned to bridle and saddle her own horse. I'm always grateful for students who try and progress with the "not so fun " part of lessons.

Here's Morgyn after her lesson in barrel racing. She is practicing her skills in teaching horseback riding to her friend. They grow up so fast.
Hopefully, the weather will clear up soon. Of course everything is so green and beautiful. We haven't had to water the lawns and gardens. I suppose the garden needs warmth and sunshine to grow better. When it's hot we complain. When it's cold we want it hot. "Man always wants what man aint got". Don't worry be happy!!!
NOTE: I will be judging the "Open Horse Show" in Driggs, Idaho on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at the Teton County Idaho Fairground. It starts at 9:00 a.m. If you're interested in registering you can contact Christine Meyers (208)681-3544 or Cyndi Friend (208)390-7412 or at the show at 8:oo a.m. I encourage my students to participate or observe for the experience and learning opportunity that it provides. ENJOY!
