Puppy Dog Tails For Sale!

The puppies are growing. We set them outside and the students love to play with them so they get lots of attention and love it!
One of them has longer hair than the rest. That is possible due to the fact that one grandparent was a long-haired Chihuahua.

They are healthy and playful. Being out on the grass sets the foundation for easier house-training.

This little guy will probably only weigh two to three pounds at full growth. He's 4and a half weeks here.

These are the cutest and friendly, and people oriented puppies and will be ready to sale around June 15th, 2009. I have copies of the studs papers.

The puppy looking at you has the most adorable personality. Trever my grandson held him everyday since he was born for three weeks. This puppy is mostly white with a diamond shape marking on his head. The Grandfather is named "Diamond Jim". He is also the only one with blue eyes. Feel free to contact me for any information on these puppies.

Sugar and Spice

This is my baby "Kye Leah" teaching her college roomate "Crystal" how to tie her horse.
It's not all about the work. Natacia, Crystal , and Kye brought me along to West Yellowstone to see the sights. It was breathtaking! Of course, I'm sure these poor college students just wanted to save gas and I was there excuse. We did have fun.

Crystal learning to groom.

Kye and Crstal all smiles and everything nice.

I'm not much of a photographer. But we had a blast at "old Faithful" !

Progress and Growth

Emily is back!

I am always amazed at how quickly some students grow after a season. I'm always grateful when their legs are long enough to mount without my help!

The progress each student makes in becoming a more independent horseman is rewarding to me.

Julissa is trying her hand at balancing the egg in the spoon. Nice focus!

Ready to Ride

Eric is ready to take over the training of Sonic from now on. Notice how calmly this 2 year old thoroughbred stands while being mounted. By the way "Sonic" stands at about 17 hands and growing.
Brian is required like all my students to catch, groom, and tack up their own horses. He does an excellent job!

Brian demonstrates how to tie his horse. Rule is tie above the withers and aproximately 10 to 12 inches long. This tie becomes untied quickly and easily in case of an emergency.

Sam and Julisa are practicing control and balance at a trot. I like to post these photos in hopes that it may help each rider to view and analyse herself.

Morgyn is progressing well and quickly. She has moved on to a bigger horse.

YOUNG AT HEART

Shilowe, my eldest daughter, and her two sons, Trever, and Nathan visited from Philidelphia for three and half weeks. Our days were filled with activities an we managed to get a few rides in. Nathan the youngest was just being introduced to the horse world. He broke out in hives. Trever reintroduced himself to "Korky" his horse. Shilowe brought back childhood memories and rode beautifully.

Here's a lady to admire. Sharon amazed me. It's been 34 years since she's been on horseback due to back and knee injuries . Of course doctors advise patients that riding days are over. I've heard that once or twice. Just ask me to quit breathing! Sharon did exceptionally well and looked right at home on 19 years young Captain. Sharon will always be young at heart and absolutely Beautiful!

Here's our newest and youngest addition to the program. Morgyn just makes me smile all over.
She brought back memories for me with her absolute passion for horses. She will always be young at heart and lovable.

The curiosty, honesty, easy going way of life and to be young at heart with the whole world to explore. That's who I want to be!

Welcome the young and young at heart. New puppies, Chihuahuas!
